We are currently looking for a CNC Operator/CNC Technician for exciting assignments at Arcos in Sävsjö!

About the role

As a CNC Operator/CNC Technician at Arcos, you will, after an introduction period, work independently to set up and operate CNC machines in the company's machining hall. You will primarily work with ISO programming in control systems such as Fanuc, Okuma, and Heidenhain.

The role involves managing the entire production flow – from programming to the finished part – and you are responsible for the quality of the parts you manufacture. You will also serve as a resource for other operators, assisting with questions regarding programming and machine setup.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Independently set up and operate CNC machines
• Program machines according to drawings
• Work primarily with carbon steel and stainless steel
• Provide support to colleagues when needed

Requirements:

• Forklift license (Truckkort)
• Overhead crane license (Traverskort)
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Experience with programming, setting up, and rigging CNC machines
• Previous experience working with carbon steel and stainless steel
